Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise HR Business Partner to join the Employee Success group as a Strategic ESBP Director. You will advise senior HR leaders, shape talent strategy, and guide AI/Agent integration across the organization. This role operates at the VP+ level with enterprise-wide impact.

You will lead critical talent cycles, collaborate across functions, and use data insights to measure impact while navigating global policy and data considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an HR/ES Business Partner or strategic talent advisory role.
• Proven experience supporting executive-level clients and driving organizational change.
• Ability to lead large-scale transformations using formal change management methods.
• Data-driven approach linking people metrics to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI integration.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership, building high-trust relationships.
• Lead talent cycles including succession planning, merit/compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs.
• Analytics and impact measurement using engagement data connected to business metrics.
• Advise on global policy, data sovereignty, and talent development amid digital shifts.
