Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Senior Manager to provide full HR business support to Global Professional Services and Sales. You will advise, drive strategy, and influence client groups on people strategy, equality, org design, change leadership, engagement, and retention.

The role partners with COEs and HRBPs to implement HR initiatives. Ideal candidates bring extensive HRBP experience, leadership coaching, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7 years of HRBP experience at director level or equivalent.
• Demonstrated track record building relationships across all levels.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; persuasive presenter.
• Able to lead cross-functional, multi-COE initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders to influence priorities with credibility and relationships.
• Coach and develop senior leaders across organizations.
• Act as change-agent as business reshapes to deliver world-class experience.
• Lead complex HR initiatives: retention, succession, org design, compensation, leadership development.
• Deliver People Strategy aligned with business goals and partner with COEs.
