Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) to partner with ES teams, COEs, PS&O and leaders across the sales organization.

You will lead data-driven HR programs, oversee org health reviews, talent reviews and performance initiatives while advancing AI-enabled processes. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly at all levels, and delivers actionable insights using Google Drive, Workday and Tableau.

Formación

• Experience with ESBP, COEs, Executives, Managers and Employees.
• Ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed environment.
• Self-starter and proactive in ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidential handling.

Responsabilidades

• Advise ESBP partners and leaders to align HR strategies.
• Provide operational and analytical support for ES programs and initiatives.
• Monitor trends in employee satisfaction and turnover.
• Use HR analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
• Lead AI, Agents, UAT and process improvements.
• Collaborate with COEs and PS&O to scale processes.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change management.
