Job summary

The role focuses on analytics, data-driven decisions, change management, and strategic support for leaders, with a Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in AI-enabled transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to ESBP partners and business leaders, ensuring HR strategies support business needs.
• Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with data to back strategic ES programs.
• Monitor trends around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover to guide actions.
• Use HR analytics tools to derive insights and present to leadership.
• Lead ES initiatives and partner with COEs and PS&O to scale programs and automate where possible.
