Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and partner with leaders, HRBPs, and Legal. The role emphasizes compliant practices, data-driven insights, and a proactive stance on employee engagement.

Candidates should have a strong background in workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and influencing at all levels of management. Remote work is possible with periodic travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related; 4 years' experience (or alternate combos).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Direct experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues (intake, review, resolution).
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and state/federal employment laws.
• Able to travel up to 25% and work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and conducting investigations; synthesize information clearly and objectively.
• Perform and document investigations following ER guidelines and processes.
• Partner with ER team, People Leaders, HRBPs, Legal, and other departments to resolve inquiries and investigations.
• Champion compliance, interpret policies, ensure consistent application and educate stakeholders.
• Own assigned ER cases in case management system and Ethics Hotline.
• Analyze ER trends to proactively identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Promote a positive ER climate with HRBPs and leadership.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
