Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Alternate combinations allowed: master’s degree with 2 years, PhD with up to 1 year, or 8 years in related field.
• Must have advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and investigating concerns with objectivity.
• Partner with HR, Legal and other teams to resolve inquiries and align with company values.
• Own assigned cases in the case management system and document investigations per best practices.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities and improve employee engagement.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
