Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Direct experience handling employee relations issues (intake, review, resolution).
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and employment laws.
• Strong influencing, communication, and credibility-building with leadership at all levels.
• Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for investigations.
• Ability to work remotely 100% with periodic travel.
• Demonstrated data analysis and trend communication to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and conducting investigations.
• Perform investigations and document findings per team guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries and investigations.
• Interpret and educate employees on policies, ensuring consistent application.
• Own assigned ER cases in case management or Ethics Hotline with proper documentation.
• Analyze ER trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Partner with HR Leaders to promote a positive ER climate.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
