Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations and employment laws.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build credibility with leaders and employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong judgment and discretion.
• Experience handling investigations independently and with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and conducting investigations.
• Perform and document investigations in line with team guidelines.
• Partner with HR, Legal and other departments to resolve inquiries and investigations.
• Interpret policies and educate stakeholders to ensure consistent practices.
• Own assigned cases in the case management system and ethics hotline.
• Analyze trends to proactively identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and timely issue resolution.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints as needed.
