The role includes conducting investigations, analyzing trends, interpreting policies, and advising on resolutions, while supporting a remote-friendly environment with travel as needed (up to 25%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related field with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent mix.
• Experience handling employee relations issues end-to-end, including investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert and conduct investigations with objective analysis.
• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, Legal, and other teams to resolve inquiries consistent with company values.
• Provide compliant guidance and champion a positive employee relations climate.
• Own assigned cases in the case management system and document findings.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
