Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to guide employee relations and investigations across the organization. You will partner with Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Legal to resolve inquiries and uphold company values.

The role emphasizes compliance, data-driven trends, and timely resolutions, with responsibilities spanning case management, policy interpretation, and proactive engagement across management levels. Remote work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related field with 4 years’ experience (alternative combos allowed).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Direct experience handling employee relations investigations and resolutions.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, laws, and union avoidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations concerns and conduct investigations with objective synthesis of information.
• Perform and document investigations per ER processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders, Legal, and other teams to resolve inquiries and recommendations.
• Champion compliance by interpreting policies and educating stakeholders.
• Own ER cases in the case management system and/or Ethics Hotline, documenting findings.
