Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to guide and support employee relations across the organization. The role partners with leaders, HR and Legal to deliver fair, consistent experiences while navigating a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will handle investigations, interpret policies, and promote a positive climate. This remote-friendly position requires up to 25% travel and contributes to a comprehensive compensation package in the US

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations matters from intake through resolution.
• Strong investigations experience with formal documentation and findings.
• Ability to influence leaders and partners at all levels with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and investigations.
• Document investigations per team processes and guidelines.
• Partner with HR Leaders, Legal, and other departments on recommendations.
• Interpret policies, ensure consistent application, and educate stakeholders.
• Own assigned cases in case management or Ethics Hotline with proper documentation.
• Analyze trends to proactively improve engagement and climate.
• Support HR Partners to promote a positive employee relations environment.
• Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges.
