Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to guide investigations and provide counsel to leaders across the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure fair, consistent employee experiences in line with company values.

You will manage multiple ER cases, analyze trends, and promote a positive work climate while supporting travel as needed and working primarily remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues including intake, review and resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, laws, and union avoidance.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate trends for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Partner with leaders, HRBP, Legal and other teams to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure consistent policy application aligned with company values.
• Own assigned ER cases and document findings in the case system.
• Track ER trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Promote a positive ER climate and prompt issue resolution.
• Gather information for legal complaints and charges.
