Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and employees on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.

You will lead HR investigations, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs to resolve complex employee relations issues. The role focuses on proactive risk mitigation, data analysis of ER trends, and delivering timely, high-quality HR support across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent; or 4 years of required experience.
• Five or more years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local HR investigations from plan to completion with fair, neutral processes, and use case management systems.
• Provide policy interpretation to supervisors on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination procedures.
• Partner with management, HRBPs, Labor Relations and Legal to resolve complex ER situations.
• Deliver high-quality HR support covering performance management, legal compliance, and union-related provisions where applicable.
