Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Colleague Relations Advisor to guide leaders and employees on policy applications, resolve disputes, and maintain workplace integrity. You will handle investigations, advise on corrective actions, and collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Legal to mitigate risk.

The role requires 5+ years in employee relations, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience, including advising and resolving cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Proven analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal conflict management.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
