Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor in Rhode Island. The role focuses on proactive support to promote a positive employee relations culture, handling a caseload of workplace inquiries, investigations, and coaching leaders through corrective actions and performance issues.

You will ensure compliance with laws and policies, gather information, and implement communication strategies to improve engagement and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience including managing, advising, and resolving employee relations cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems such as Salesforce, Navex, ServiceNow, HR Equity etc.
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to promote a positive employee relations culture and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations, gather information, and recommend actions to resolve conflicts and issues.
• Develop and implement employee communication strategies to foster open communication and engagement.
• Coach leaders and managers on processes, responsibilities, and performance, including corrective actions and terminations.
