Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Colleague Relations Advisor to support designated business units by advising leaders and employees on policies, guidelines, and best practices. The role manages a caseload of workplace inquiries and guides resolution of concerns while mitigating risk for the company.

The Advisor conducts investigations, ensures policy compliance, and collaborates with HR, Compliance, and Legal to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience including managing, advising and resolving cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on CVS Health policies and practices to leaders and employees.
• Manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and advise on coaching, corrective actions and terminations.
• Conduct investigations, gather information and recommend actions to resolve conflicts.
• Develop employee communications and contribute to process improvements with HR and management.
• Deliver training to leaders and maintain accurate case documentation.
