Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Colleague Relations Advisor to support designated business units by advising leaders and staff on policy applications and employee relations concerns. You will handle a high volume of inquiries, provide coaching, and help manage investigations to mitigate risk.

You will collaborate with HR, Compliance, Legal and other partners, ensuring compliant, fair outcomes while guiding managers through corrective actions and terminations when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience including managing, advising and resolving employee relations cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems (Salesforce, Navex, ServiceNow, HR Equity).
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on policy applications while advising on issues and complaints.
• Conduct investigations, gather information and propose actions to resolve conflicts and reduce risk.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to foster open dialogue and engagement.
• Deliver training to leaders and maintain case documentation and timely case closure.
