Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Colleague Relations Advisor to support designated business units by advising leaders and employees on policy applications. The role involves handling a high volume of routine inquiries and escalated employee relations concerns, coaching leaders, and ensuring compliant resolution of issues.

The Advisor will manage investigations under supervision, collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compliance, and Legal, and develop communications to promote transparency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience with direct experience managing, advising, and resolving employee relations cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and utilizing employee relations case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills including conflict management, investigation, negotiation and influencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to promote a positive employee relations culture and partner with HR, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations, gather information, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve conflicts while mitigating risk.
• Develop and implement employee communication strategies to foster open communication and engagement.
• Deliver guidance and support to employees facing personal or professional challenges, including crisis management and connecting to resources.
