Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience managing, advising, and resolving employee relations cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws.
• Proven analytical, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and intervention to promote a positive employee relations culture, partnering with HRBPs, Compliance and Legal.
• Manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and concerns; act as point of contact for employees and coaches leaders.
• Ensure policy compliance, conduct investigations, gather information and recommend actions.
• Deliver guidance and training to leaders; manage confidential information with professionalism.
