Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Colleague Relations Advisor to support designated business units by advising leaders and employees on policy application and best practices. The role involves handling a high volume of routine requests and escalated employee relations concerns, with risk mitigation and adherence to CVS Health policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee relations experience with handling cases (performance, attendance, misconduct, complaints, discipline, termination).
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems (Salesforce, Navex, ServiceNow, HR Equity).
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal, conflict management and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to promote positive employee relations culture and partner with HR, Compliance and Legal.
• Manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and concerns; coach leaders and assist with coaching, actions and terminations.
• Investigate, gather information, and propose actions to resolve conflicts; develop open communication strategies.
• Deliver guidance to employees facing personal or professional challenges; connect them with EAP or wellness resources; document case progress.
• Present training to leaders; stay organized and protect confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
