Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Colleague Relations Advisor to support designated business units by advising leaders and employees on policy application. The role handles routine requests and escalated employee relations concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture and mitigating risk.

You will conduct investigations, document case information, and collaborate with HR, Compliance, Legal, and management to resolve conflicts. Travel as needed; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of employee relations experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems.
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on policy application and practices.
• Conduct investigations, gather information, and recommend actions to resolve conflicts.
• Develop and implement employee communication strategies to foster open communication.
• Deliver training to leaders and assist with coaching, performance management and terminations.
