CVS Health is hiring a Colleague Relations Advisor to support designated business units by advising leaders and employees on policy application. You will handle a caseload of workplace inquiries, conduct investigations, and help resolve issues while mitigating risk.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent communication, and the ability to coach leaders. Travel may be required as part of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of employee relations experience including advising and resolving employee relations cases.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and using case management systems (Salesforce, Navex, ServiceNow, HR Equity).
• Strong knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills including conflict management, investigation, negotiation and influencing.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Provide proactive support to promote a positive employee relations culture and partner with HR and leadership.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance; conduct investigations and recommend actions to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Develop and implement employee communication strategies and contribute to process improvements.
• Offer guidance to employees facing personal or professional challenges, including crisis resources and case management.
