Martin Grant Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This position focuses on nurturing client relationships, navigating complex benefit programs, and adopting a strategic approach to account management.

You will manage renewals, develop cost-conscious benefit strategies, and lead enrollment presentations, working with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Employee Benefits account management or consultative experience.
• Active Life & Health insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of group health and ancillary benefits products.
• Experience managing complex accounts and developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of Employee Benefits business, serving as a trusted advisor and primary client contact.
• Oversee renewals, benefit strategies, and ongoing account service in collaboration with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives.
• Provide strategic guidance on plan design, cost management, and competitive benefits solutions.
• Manage complex client accounts, ensuring service expectations and deliverables are consistently met.
• Lead client meetings, strategy discussions, and enrollment presentations.
• Coordinate with internal service teams, delegating responsibilities and providing guidance when needed.
• Proactively educate clients on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging benefits solutions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and introduce additional services.
