Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Senior Benefits Account Manager to lead client services for employee benefits accounts. The role acts as a power user for the account team, handling data entry, documentation, and complex client support.

The candidate will coordinate with Account Executives, support RFPs, renewals, and marketing efforts, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring accurate benefit data and timely communications. This is a senior, on-site position with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee benefits insurance account support.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Effective communication with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Data entry using agency management systems.
• Enter client data for renewals, RFPs and client portals.
• Provide client support through the Benefits Timeline and related processes.
• Mentor and serve as a subject matter expert to other Account Managers.
• Coordinate with marketing and carrier communications for RFPs and proposals.
• Lead quality checks and training for new colleagues.
