Job summary

HUB International in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to support the Sales and Service efforts for client benefits. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and involves strategic client engagement at the C-suite level.

You will collaborate with the HUB team to execute strategic plans, maintain client relationships, and mentor junior staff while focusing on retention and growth of the benefits book.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; related experience accepted
• 7+ years experience as Account Executive in employee benefits preferred
• Licensing in Life & Health (L&H) required or obtainable within 120 days

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing clients through proactive contact and account management
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with producer, account team, and centralized/ specialty groups
• Oversee quarterly and monthly experience reports and strategic initiatives
• Mentor Account Managers and support a book of business focusing on retention and growth
