Job summary

HUB International in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage an assigned book of business, renewals, and marketing processes. You will liaise with consultants, administrators, and carriers to ensure excellent client service and retention.

The role combines day-to-day client support with project management, onboarding, and compliance guidance. Hybrid work is required with three days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience 2-4 years in administrative roles or related to group health insurance.
• Familiarity with employee benefits processes is a plus.
• Licensing in Life & Health or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal and RFP processes, including census and online quoting.
• Maintain client relationships and support retention with carrier partners.
• Coordinate onboarding and client communications; respond to service requests.
• Prepare client materials, billings, and eligibility audits as needed.
• Provide compliance guidance and monthly client reporting.
