Responsibilities

• Maintains client relationships and supports retention and carrier relations.
• Collaborates on delivering a multi-year strategic plan for clients.
• Manages projects like vendor implementations and open enrollment.
• Provides benchmarking and supports billing/eligibility audits as needed.
• Assists with RFPs, census data, and client communications.
