HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage an assigned book of business, develop client relationships, and implement multi-year strategic plans. You will collaborate with Producers to deliver health and welfare programs, provide market analysis, and coordinate with insurance carriers to optimize client outcomes.

You will oversee enrollment processes, respond to client requests, and lead renewal strategies while maintaining strong client and carrier

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; college degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of related benefit insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Life & Health insurance License
• Experience in managing wellness programs within large accounts preferred
• Experience in self-funded account management preferred

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Manages enrollment process, meets with client and/or employees, and coordinates with carriers.
• Leads renewal and market analysis, negotiates with carriers and analyzes results.
• Ensures services are implemented per project plans and deliverables meet quality standards.
• Gathers data and prepares presentations (Renewal/OE/Post Renewal Debrief).
