Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of benefit insurance experience (brokers preferred).
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Manages the account-service process end to end.
• Collaborates with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing and renewal workflows.
• Analyzes client needs and compares insurance plans for suitability and value.
• Maintains strong client relationships and effective communication with carriers.
• Handles day-to-day eligibility, claims, billing and benefit inquiries; liaises with carriers.
• Updates account files and agency systems with accurate data; ensures data integrity.
