Job summary

HUB International in Tulsa, OK, seeks an Employee Benefits Account Executive to contribute to the retention and growth of the employee benefits department. This role will involve strategic planning, executive-level client interaction, and collaboration with cross-functional HUB teams.

You will manage complex client needs, lead meetings, review claims reports, and mentor junior staff while aligning with the company’s broker standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience welcomed.
• At least 7 years in employee benefits account executive roles.
• L&H license required or ability to obtain within 120 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with existing clients with proactive contact.
• Oversees client partnerships and alignment of strategic plans.
• Leads quarterly client meetings and reviews claims reports.
• Collaborates with HUB team for client strategy and execution.
• Mentors Account Managers and supports retention of the book of business.
