• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in email marketing, including strategy, execution, and optimization.

• Experience with mobile push notifications or other messaging channels is desirable.
• Experience leading or managing employees and balancing multiple projects.
