Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Sr. Manager of Email Marketing to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives from Fort Worth, TX. This role is hybrid and partners with Ecommerce, Sales, Revenue Ops, Technology, and external agencies to deliver scalable email programs.

You will own the end-to-end email strategy, design automated journeys, and optimize deliverability while ensuring regulatory compliance. A data-driven leader will drive growth, retention, and revenue through personalized campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of email marketing, lifecycle, or CRM leadership in ecommerce or B2B.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms and data integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end email marketing strategy across lifecycle stages.
• Design automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
• Lead audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Manage email platform capabilities, deliverability, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, content, product, analytics, and sales teams.
• Build reporting dashboards and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with suppliers and vendor teams on co-funded campaigns.
• Mentor a specialist to support scaling lifecycle marketing.
