• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate email marketing for B2B/B2C programs.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and ESPs.
• Experience front-end development using HTML/CSS in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead email and SMS/push campaigns and manage day-to-day project delivery.
• Set strategic direction for CRM marketing programs across divisions.
• Analyze campaign performance and drive optimization through A/B tests.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
