Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination of activities on multiple modern installation projects in the Atlanta area. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting safety standards and customer expectations.

The role requires 3+ years of elevator industry project management or construction experience, with strong cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Work with sales, superintendents, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants/contractors, RFIs, and change orders.
• Interpret contracts to determine cost of changes.
• Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates.
