• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution meeting safety standards.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Manage billing, RFIs, and change orders to optimize cash flow.
• Interpret contract documents and analyze cost implications.
