Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Senior Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination of multiple modernization installation projects at an on-site Atlanta location. You will ensure projects run on schedule, within budget, and meet safety and regulatory requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong contract administration, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, field teams, and leadership to deliver financially successful

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget, and meeting all technical & safety standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion and provide progress reviews ensuring documents align with scope.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners including sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership.
• Manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, RFIs, and optimize change orders to maximize project cash coverage.
• Accurately interpret construction contracts and modifications to determine cost; develop contingencies for estimates
