Job summary

Otis Elevator Company seeks a modernization project manager to oversee multiple installation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will coordinate contracts from award to completion, liaise with owners, architects, and regulators, and work with sales and field leadership to ensure project success and cash flow optimization. Strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft software in technical environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of each project—on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion.
• Communicate with client reps, general contractors, owners, and authorities.
• Work with sales staff, superintendents, and leadership to ensure financial and customer success.
• Manage billing, payments, RFIs, and change orders; optimize cash flow.
