Zusammenfassung

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Modernization Project Manager to coordinate activities on multiple modernization installation projects. You will ensure flawless execution, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards and customer expectations.

You will work with sales, superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes, manage contract administration, and optimize change orders to maximize cash coverage.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Oversee coordination of activities on multiple modernization projects.
• Ensure execution on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to completion and review progress.
• Communicate with cross functional partners and leadership.
• Manage billing, payments, RFIs, and change-order opportunities to improve cash flow.
• Interpret contracts to determine cost of changes and dependencies.
