Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination of multiple installation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting safety standards.

The role requires strong contract administration, cost estimation familiarity, and ability to read architectural drawings. You will interact with clients, general contractors, and authorities to align project scope and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion and provide progression reviews.
• Proactively communicate with client reps, general contractors, owners, building managers, architects, and authorities.
• Work with internal sales, superintendents, and leadership to ensure financial and customer success.
• Manage billing, payments, RFIs, change orders, and cash coverage.
