Cesna Recruitment in Mountain View, CA seeks a motivated sales and account manager with a strong electronics background. You will lead strategic account plans, build executive relationships, and pursue new opportunities while collaborating with marketing, engineering, and ops teams.

You will travel ~20% and communicate across cultures, including Korea, to close complex deals and deliver accurate forecasts. A BS degree and 10+ years in the field are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree; engineering preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in sales and account management in electronics components.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading customer interfaces.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and engage with customers at events.
• Bilingual English/Korean required.
