Job summary
Anduril Industries in Lexington, MA is seeking a Senior Electro‑Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, scale production, and reduce costs across the hardware value chain. You will own assembly, integration and test, and partner with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
You’ll lead Kaizen events, develop DFx for smooth NPI transitions, and work with contract manufacturers to deliver rapid yet repeatable production, while mentoring
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, math, or a hard science.
- 8+ years in electromechanical hardware manufacturing or design.
- Hands-on hardware fabrication and assembly experience.
- Experience with electrical debugging tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQs).
- Ability to explain complex tech to leadership and teams.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing value chain for electro-mechanical assemblies (A&T).
- Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen events to raise FPY and throughput.
- Collaborate with Product Quality to drive RCCA burndowns.
- Troubleshoot complex mixed-signal systems to root cause.
- Develop DFx and support NPI transitions with design teams.
- Create process flows and work instructions for scale production.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers for quick-turn and scale.
- Participate hands-on in prototype hardware builds.
