Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing Team. You will own portions of the manufacturing value chain, drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, and work with cross‑functional teams to enable rapid, reliable electromechanical hardware production.

You will develop DFx for smooth NPI transitions, write work instructions and quality plans, and collaborate with contract manufacturers to scale up from prototype to full‑scale manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
• Experience with RF products requiring system AI&T is preferred.
• Experience with sourcing, QA planning, and DFx for NPI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own part of the manufacturing value chain including AI&T for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Lead Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.
• Support RCCA burndowns with Product Quality Engineering to tackle issues.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering on DFx for smooth NPI transitions.
• Develop process flows and subassembly breakdowns for complex builds.
• Create work instructions and quality plans for scalable production.
