Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for its EW Manufacturing Team. The role focuses on rapidly iterating and manufacturing electro-mechanical hardware for electromagnetic warfare, with emphasis on DFx, process optimization, and scalable production.

You will work closely with Product Quality Engineering and Design Engineering to deliver high-quality hardware, write manufacturing documents, and collaborate with contract manufacturers to achieve efficient, cost-effective

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or hard science.
• Experience delivering electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Hands-on hardware fabrication, machining, soldering, or assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own part or all of the manufacturing value chain for assembly, integration & test of electromechanical assemblies.
• Lead continuous improvement through Kaizen events and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Quality Engineering to drive RCCA burndowns and issue resolution.
• Work with Design Engineering to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions.
• Develop process flows by breaking large assemblies into subassemblies and sub-processes.
• Write work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements for scalable production.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to enable quick-turn development and scale production.
• Assist hands-on with building prototype hardware and testing.
