Anduril Industries, located in Lexington, Massachusetts, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own on-the-floor troubleshooting, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement across electromechanical and optomechanical assembly and test processes.

The role emphasizes rapid problem diagnosis, data-driven improvements, and close collaboration with technicians to ensure on-time shipping and process optimization on the Imaging production floor.

Competenze

• Degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, systems, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting an active production line.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and assembling electromechanical hardware in a live production environment.
• Experience utilizing MES and ERP platforms to track yields, routing, and inventory.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Mansioni

• Embed on the production floor as first line of defense to diagnose and resolve in-line production issues.
• Own the response process when the line goes down and coordinate across engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
• Manage digital line operations within ERP and MES for accurate production tracking and inventory flow.
• Perform rapid debugging and root-cause analysis on failing hardware and processes; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technicians and assemblers to identify friction points and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain clear work instructions, SOPs, and rework procedures; manage ECO/ECN changes on the floor.
• Analyze line data to surface recurring failures and drive improvements in yield and throughput
