Job summary

Anduril Industries in Lexington, MA seeks a Senior Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and ensure high production quality. You will optimize manufacturing, scale products for full production, and support hardware development across the value chain.

You will collaborate with design and quality teams, lead Kaizen events, and guide contract manufacturers to deliver repeatable, scalable processes for cutting-edge defense hardware.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 8+ years of experience in electromechanical hardware manufacturing or design.
• Hands-on hardware manufacturing experience (machining, fabrication, soldering, wiring, assembly).

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing value chain including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Lead continuous improvement with Kaizen events.
• Support RCCA burndowns with Product Quality Engineering.
• Troubleshoot complex mixed-signal systems to root cause.
• Improve first-pass yield and production performance.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering for DFx in NPI.
