Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing Team. You will own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for electro‑mechanical assemblies, leading process improvements and ensuring high‑quality production.

The role requires collaboration with Product Quality Engineering and Design Engineering to enable smooth NPI transitions. You will develop scalable processes, write essential work documentation, and partner with contract manufacturers to

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field preferred such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
Experience delivering electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
Hands‑on hardware fabrication experience (machining, soldering, assembly, etc.).
Experience with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle (ERP) or equivalents.
Experience with RF products requiring AI&T (assembly, integration, and test).
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Own a portion or all of the EW manufacturing value chain (AI&T) for electro‑mechanical assemblies.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events to improve processes and quality.
Collaborate with Product Quality Engineering to drive RCCA burndowns for EW production issues.
Work with Design Engineering early and late phases to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions.
Develop and optimize process flows, breaking assemblies into subassemblies and sub‑processes.
Write work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements for scale‑up.
