Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own electromechanical hardware production from NPI to high-volume manufacturing. You will lead design-for-manufacturability efforts, build scalable supply chains, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience integrating large or high-complexity assemblies/subassemblies.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in configuration management and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to high-volume, sustained production with emphasis on DFM/DFA.
• Drive continuous improvement to existing production lines and processes; support resolution of issues and cost reduction.
• Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and quality.
• Lead and manage projects for installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Proactively identify and implement automation and integrated workflows to boost efficiency and capacity.
• Develop and refine detailed manufacturing process flows to minimize bottlenecks.
