Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical projects across the region. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

Candidates must reside in WA, OR, CA, UT, AZ, or CO and be able to travel up to 50% regionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of turnkey construction management experience with Bachelor’s degree, or nine (9) years with Associate degree, or twelve (12) years without a degree.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution, microgrid, renewable energy, and other electrical systems.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs; monitor progress and drive contractor performance.
