Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical. This position leads field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region, coordinating with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.

Candidates must reside within WA, OR, CA, UT, AZ, or CO and be able to travel up to 75%. The role offers a competitive salary range with overtime, per diem, and a company vehicle. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years of turnkey CM experience
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the region
• Experience with electrical infrastructure projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects from pre-construction through commissioning
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, budget and client turnover
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining safety, schedule, and financial objectives
• Develop constructible solutions partnering with engineering/design for productivity
• Maintain QA/QC programs, accurate as‑built documentation, and progress reporting
