Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical projects. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, project management, customers and subcontractors.

The role requires extensive CM experience, strong scheduling and cost-management skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years turnkey CM experience, or Associate degree with 9+ years.
• U.S. work authorization without corporate sponsorship now and in future.
• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Compliance with Eaton safety programs (QEW) and required re-certifications.
• Background and drug screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Manage scope, changes, and contingency planning to mitigate risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action item logs.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives across projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, design teams, customers, and subcontractors.
